Ajit Isaac is credited with building Quess Corp into India’s largest Business Services provider within a span of 10 years. Under his leadership, Quess has accelerated the transition of informal jobs to formal platforms thereby helping bring predictable incomes, social security, healthcare and other benefits to thousands of workers across India. He is a gold medalist in his PG programme in HR and a British Chevening Scholar from Leeds University and has worked for 10 years in Leadership roles in the Private Sector before becoming an entrepreneur in the year 2000. Ajit invested into IKYA (now Quess Corp) in 2009, took on the role of CEO & MD and partnered with Fairfax in 2013. Quess went public in July 2016 with a record-breaking IPO oversubscription of 144x. This success achieved by Quess can be attributed to a combination of strong organic growth and a series of deep value acquisitions, 23 in all. Ajit’s expertise in identifying value-accretive and transformative deals combined with his focus on operational efficiency and business development has helped Quess scale itself rapidly. He is a first generation entrepreneur and under his leadership Quess is now a 318,000+ strong family with over USD 1.2 Bn in revenues. Ajit is passionate about giving back to society and was instrumental in setting up Careworks Foundation which today supports over 10,200 students across 51 schools. He was nominated for the ‘India Forbes Leadership Award’ in 2011 and was voted as a finalist in the 2016 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY).

Mr. Guruprasad is the Whole-time Director and Group CEO of Quess Corp Limited. He has more than 25 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at GE Health, Hewitt Associates and People One Consulting. Guru is a Stanford Ignite Graduate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, in addition to having a Master’s in Business Administration. Over the years at Quess, Guru has built the Work Force Management Platform to be an industry-leading one, set up the Shared Services Centre, integrated the Asset Management Business, and has been part of the team that takes key decisions at the Corporate level. A natural leader, Guru has keen interest in photography and restoring Vintage vehicles.

Sanjay Anandaram is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University in Kolkata and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 28 years of experience as a corporate executive, investor, teacher, and advisor to funds and entrepreneurs. He has been a Director at Quess since December 2015.

Mr. Milind Chalisgaonkar is management consultant / independent director / mentor with experience in Insurance, BPO, Call center, Software, Manufacturing & Banking sectors. He is an Independent Director for Infrasoft Technologies Limited, a software company specialized in financial services domain. He is Director & co-founder of Spark Career Mentors Pvt. Ltd. He was the Country advisor (India) for AXA group from 2010 to 2015 and from August 2013 till November 2017 he was Independent Director for Aegis Limited, a leading BPO service provider. As the founding CEO, he was responsible for the formation and launch of Bharti AXA General Insurance Co, a joint venture between Bharti Group & AXA (year 2007 to 2009). From 2003 to 2006 he was the Managing Director of AXA Business Services, the BPO & Analytics operation of AXA Group in India. He was the founding CEO of MphasiS BPO (MsourcE India), providing outsourced remote services like call centers, help desks, email response, transaction processing etc. The operations started in 1999 and grew to 2500 staff by year 2003. At MphasiS (now MphasiS HP) he was the President (India Operations) from 1998 to 2000 and was responsible for setting up the software development facilities at Mumbai & Pune. He was the President of H & R Johnson, the leading ceramic tile manufacturing company from 1993 to 1998. From 1989 to 1993 he was managing large software projects at Citibank India. He was the best graduate trainee of 1985 batch at Tata Steel. He is B.Tech (Ceramics) from Indian Institute of Technology at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (19R l-R5). He has Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (MBA) from XLRI, Jamshedpur with 1st rank (1987-89). He specialized in Marketing and Systems.

Mr. Kamal is a Chartered Accountant having extensive experience in Core Business Finance with reputed Indian listed companies. He has held strategic positions with conglomerates leading large finance teams and also played a pivotal role in the implementation of various Finance ERPs and digital initiatives in his work experience. He was the Chief Financial Officer for Hindustan Zinc (a Vedanta Group Company)’s Mining Business. He takes pride in being recognized as “TOP 250 GREAT MANAGERS” across India by People Business consulting and has won many accolades for Leadership excellence. Presently, he is Group CFO (Designate) of the Quess Corp Limited.

Details Of IPO
Alldigi has made an Initial Public offer of 3,141,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.135/- per share for cash aggregating Rs. 424.062 millions comprising 149,600 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each reserved for the employees of the Company and a Net Offer to the Public of 2,991,600 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The Issue would constitute 26.25% of the fully diluted post Issue paid-up capital of the Company. The Issue was made through the 100% book building process.
The public issue, which opened for subscription on April 13, 2005 was oversubscribed by 4.15 times.
The shares of the Company are listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) beginning May 9th, 2005.
