Naozer Dalal is an alumni of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad with 33 years of post-qualification experience across the Banking and Business Process Management (BPM) industries.
Over his long illustrious career, Naozer has held a number of CXO level positions in marque multinational names like Standard Chartered Bank, Prudential UK and as the Chief Executive Officer for e-Nxt Financials – a TATA Enterprise. In his immediately previous role, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Conneqt Business Solutions Limited – a subsidiary of Quess Corp (formerly Tata Business Support Services Ltd). Conneqt is India’s largest domestic focussed digitally enabled BPM company – covering Customer Lifecycle Management, Back Office, Collections & Shared Services (Finance & Accounting / HR Shared Services), where he led a 45k strong team, applying his executive leadership strength to the Service Delivery function (with P&L responsibility), for both domestic & international clients, across Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Auto, Manufacturing, Government, Retail & E-Commerce.
He has made contributions throughout his career in building businesses – significant client acquisition, strong Risk Management & Controls focus positive customer satisfaction – leading to consistent significant growth in Revenues & profitability.
He is well acknowledged in the wider industry for his passion, leadership mentoring qualities, strategic thinking, connect with staff productivity / process orientation which translates into significant value for stakeholders & customers, both internal and external.

Pradeep Kumar, our new Chief Business Office – Employee Experience Management, brings over two decades of experience in managing business operations, service delivery, and global HR strategies. He joined Allsec to drive growth and profitability through his innovative business models, customer management experience, platform strategies, and operational performance.
Pradeep has previously served and excelled in his role in the HRO and RPO Domain for TATA Consultancy Services where he managed delivery for multiple geographies. He has also proven his leadership skills during his time at Randstad India, Deutsche Bank, and Wipro BPO, among several others.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Biology from APS University, Rewa, and Executive General Management from IIM, Bangalore. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and is Lean certified.

Rajesh Haliah, our new Chief Operating Officer – Customer Experience Management (COO-CXM), brings over 23 years of extensive experience in managing strategy, multi-geography operations, and account management. He has joined Allsec to enhance service delivery, drive P&L growth, and strengthen customer management through his leadership in operational performance and innovative management practices.
Rajesh has previously excelled in the IT Services/BPM domain, having held key roles in driving growth and operational excellence in leading companies such as Teleperformance, Majorel, iQor, Genpact, and GE Capital. His tenure in the Philippines, where he spent 8 years, has given him invaluable expertise in the region, contributing significantly to the accelerated growth of these companies. He holds a degree in Physics and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
Rajesh is also a certified Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Professional, bringing a robust analytical and process-oriented approach to his roles. In his personal time, Rajesh enjoys listening to music, reading extensively on management, strategy, and leadership, and is an avid sports enthusiast, playing cricket and soccer.

Thirumalanath JH, our new Chief Growth & Strategy Officer – EXM, brings over 25 years of experience in P&L, strategy, sales, marketing, alliance and other management functions. He has joined Allsec to drive the next phase of EXM growth, geographic expansion, and to build a partner ecosystem that strengthens our competitive edge in the market landscape.
Thirumalanath’s extensive industry expertise spans across IT Services/BPM, Software, and HR Services, where he has consistently delivered exceptional results. He has played pivotal roles in driving growth and achieving operational excellence in companies like Ma Foi, Randstad, ADP, and Adrenalin.
He holds a degree in Chemistry and a Master’s in Human Resource Management. Thirumalanath also has an MBA and has completed a Senior Leaders Programme at IIM-A, where he is an alumnus. His strong academic background complements his vast professional experience, making him a valuable asset to the Allsec leadership team.
In his personal time, Thirumalanath enjoys listening to music, reading books on management, strategy, economics, and Tamil literature. He is an ardent reader and is deeply passionate about leadership and Human Resources.

Virat brings 24 years of experience across strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and other management functions, with a focus on the BPM, BFSI, and hospitality sectors. He has held key roles in managing large operations and achieving accelerated growth at companies such as Conneqt, Edelweiss, SBI General, SUD Life, and Wipro Spectramind.
Virat will be responsible for driving the next phase of CXM growth, geographic expansion, and building the partner ecosystem at Allsec tech.
Virat holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Business Management and is an alumnus of the Executive General Management Program (EGMP) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB).

Avinash Jain brings extensive experience in finance, having held leadership positions in controllership, business finance, audit, and risk management across prestigious organizations, including ITC Limited, Wipro Limited, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Waycool Foods, NSL Sugars, and Reliable Group.
In his role as Senior Vice President, Avinash will lead the Finance and Accounts department at Alldigi Tech, focusing on strategic financial management, compliance oversight, and operational efficiency to align with the company’s business objectives.
Avinash holds a Chartered Accountant designation, achieving an All India Rank of 38 in November 2000, along with an MBA in International Business. He is also an ACMA, CGMA, and B.Com graduate.
Outside of work, Avinash enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and traveling to natural destinations. Based in Chennai, Avinash looks forward to driving financial excellence at Alldigi Tech.

Anurag Vishwakarma, our new Global Head of Human Resources at Allsec Technologies. With over two decades of comprehensive experience in HR, spanning various sectors including IT, ITES, and staffing, Anurag brings a wealth of expertise in managing business operations, service delivery, and crafting global HR strategies.
His illustrious career includes successful tenures at renowned organizations such as the Hero Group, Satyam BPM, Tech Mahindra, TeamLease, and Concentrix. Additionally, he has demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by founding a specialized staffing and recruitment venture.
Anurag holds a distinguished Design Thinking certification from the prestigious IIT Madras, complemented by a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Pusa, New Delhi. Moreover, his expertise extends to Human Resources strategic and operational efficiency, as evidenced by his certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt consultant by QAI.

Ali Hyder is a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently holding the position of Senior Vice President of Technology, he has been a valuable member of the team since March 2004. Ali’s educational background includes an M Tech degree.
His key skills and responsibilities revolve around overseeing the CCT platform across 35 delivery locations and implementing high availability solutions with multi-geography disaster recovery. Ali’s expertise extends to various technology domains, including Avaya and Genesys CCT, Veritas backup and recovery suite, Microsoft Exchange, O365, Enterprise Vault, Antivirus, Patch Management, Hitachi VSP, MPLS connectivity, ILL links, and asset management.
Ali’s remarkable achievements include managing IT operations with a remarkable 99.5% uptime and successfully deploying a work-from-home strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic without any adverse impact on the business. He is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a strong track record in the technology field.
